Designed by Mekong River Textile’s founder Susan McCauley our Tai Blouse is inspired by traditional indigo garments in Thailand and Laos of the Tai Lu period. The right bodice panel in ikat silk is from Surin, Thailand, dyed with local dye stuff such as lac and indigo then submerged in rich soil to enhance its mystery.
